Payment and Refund Policy |

Payment Policy Methods of payment accepted: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, E-Check via PayPal- You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card, just follow the link on the Paypal page to check out without an account. Cash- Only accepted in person, exact change is appreciated. We don’t recommend sending cash by mail and are not responsible for those that do. A minimum deposit needs to be paid via Paypal to reserve an appointment. For Egyptian Healing Rods and Navigating the Inner Matrix we currently only accept Paypal payments, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. For clients without credit cards or bank accounts, we accept cashier's checks and money orders for services over $50 in value, there is a $5 surcharge for this service. The appointment is not confirmed until payment is received. Please contact us for this special arrangement. Personal Checks are not accepted. There is a $25 fee for all returned payments (ie. charge backs)
Refunds: All product sales are final, there are no refunds on product purchases. The refund policy for services is outlined below. Refunds are processed according to the policy appropriate to the service in question as outlined below. Refund Policy for Other Services

Refund Policy for Classes and Workshops: A minimum deposit is required for all in person courses. The deposit amount will be deducted from the balance due for the course. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transfered to a different service or class as follows: 100% transfer - With cancellation 7 or more days in advance Full payment is due on the day of the first session (or delivery of first lesson for online courses) unless a payment plan has been approved in advance by Bandora’s Lair. In the event of early withdrawal by the student from any course offered, the students will be refunded any money due them in accordance with the refund policy set forth below no later that thirty (30) days' from receipt of the notice of cancellation from the student by mail, fax, or e-mail. The Navigating the Inner Matrix course is non refundable. Under no circumstance will a student be refunded money for courses which have already been completed, including any courses which the student did not pass. NOTE: Under certain circumstances such as in the case of student illness or accident, death in the family, or other circumstances beyond the control of the student, the student may apply for a refund beyond the allotted time frame set below. Bandora’s Lair retains sole authority of any refunds beyond the time frame listed below. No refunds will be made for students that have been expelled from a class for misconduct, absenteeism or any other reason. *Session shall mean one class meeting for physical courses, or one lesson delivery (be it via website, e-mail, chatroom or any other medium) for online courses. *The number of sessions shall apply regardless of student’s absence at such session. The below table does not apply for the Navigating the Inner Matrix course which is non-refundable. For Courses 6 or more sessions in length: 100% refund - 3 days before the start of the first session For courses 3-5 sessions in length: 100% refund - 3 days before the start of the first session For courses 2-3 sessions in length: 100% refund - 3 days before the start of the first session For one-session classes, workshops and presentations: 100% refund - With cancellation 7 or more days in advance • The refund amount is calculated based on the total fee for the course minus any balance due and payable per the refund schedule above; regardless of any payment plans previously arranged by the student. There are no refunds for classes that are paid by the session. There no refunds on deposits.
Refund Policy for all services except classes: A deposit is required for group meditations and any other services that involve an appointment. (Does not apply to distance healing and unscheduled services which require full payment). Balance is due the day of the appointment prior to providing the service. The deposit amount will be deducted from the amount due at the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable but can be carried to a new appointment as follows: 100% transfer - With cancellation 3 or more days in advance There will be no refunds after the service has been provided, no exceptions. You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours prior by using the link provided in your appointment confirmation e-mail. Less than 12 hours prior to your appointment you can cancel by sending an e-mail or leaving a message at 305-851-3JOY
