Frequently Asked Questions About Classes

Q. What is your Admission criteria?

A. I want to accept all, but can only accept serious students. I do reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

I will usually admit anyone over the age of 18. I do require that you fill out an enrollment form, but this is only for record keeping and has nothing to do with whether you will be admitted to the program. Students under 18 years of age must provide a parental consent form signed by both parents or legal guardians.

However, I have been forced to set specific guidelines for registering students. Please understand that this is not something I wanted to do but I was forced to do by a few bad apples...

When registering for a class you will be required to submit a deposit at registration to hold your spot in class, this deposit will be applied towards the balance due on tuition.

If I hold your spot in class and you fail to cancel or reschedule at least 1 week in advance or fail to pay the remaining balance due, the deposit will be forfeited.

The Navigating the Inner Matrix course requires full tuition pre-payment prior to receiving the class materials.

I hate to do this but this service is for those seriously interested and I cannot spare the time and effort to entertain those who are not.

Q. Why is there a tuition charge?

A. Every gift given requires a gift in return. I spend a lot of time and money before and during the course preparing lesson plans, materials, being present for you and anything necessary to provide you with a quality service.

Q. What payment methods do you offer?

A. I accept payment in cash and Paypal. Sorry I don’t accept personal checks.

There is a $25 fee for any returned payments (ie. Chargebacks)

Q. Do you offer payment plans?

A. Payment in full is the cheapest method available. You have the option of setting up a payment plan in installments prior to the start of the course and still get the low rate as long as the balance is paid in full prior to the first session.

This option is not available for the Navigating the Inner Matrix course.

Q. What type of classes do you offer?

A. There are three types of classes available:
Home Study with E-mail Coaching
Group Tele-courses
In-person group instruction

Q. When do classes start?

A. Class sessions are scheduled based on demand, we have daytime, evening and weekend classes available. Home study coaching can begin at any time of the year. Other sessions are taught in small groups.

Q. Why do you require a deposit?

A. A deposit lets me know that you're serious about your class and that you do plan to show up to your first session so I know to schedule the time for you. The deposit is forfeited if you don't show up to your scheduled session or fail to cancel within 72 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Q. What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds for the Navigating the Inner Matrix course or for completed courses or students that become inactive.

Q. What is an inactive student?

A. In-person and tele courses- An inactive student is one that misses 2 consecutive class sessions without cancelling or communicating with the teacher.

Home Study courses- A student becomes inactive when he/she stops communicating with the teacher for 30 days or longer without prior notice.

Inactive students are automatically withdrawn from their course to make room for new students and forfeit their right to a refund.

Q. I won't be able to continue with the course for an extended period of time, but I want to continue where I left off as soon as I can. How do I avoid being classified as "inactive"?

A. We understand that life can get complicated at times, please communicate with your teacher on your situation and provide an estimated amount of time that you'll need. We'll place your file "on hold" for a maximum of 6 months. You can get back to the course at any time during this period by giving a minimum 1 week advance notice to your teacher. This does not apply to the Navigating the Inner Matrix course.

Students that "disappear" and don't communicate with us within that period will be considered "inactive", withdrawn from their course and forfeit any right to a refund.

For Navigating the Inner Matrix course:
In-person and Tele-courses. If you miss more than 2 class sessions you are automatically removed from the course without a refund. To finish the course you must re-enroll in another session and start again.

Home Study course- you have a maximum of 12 weeks from the beginning of the course to finish. If you need more time to complete, you will need to purchase an additional coaching package for the remaining lessons at a discounted price.

Q. Can I take these courses if I'm not in the United States?

A. Yes, some. The Navigating the Inner Matrix home study course is available to anyone, anywhere, at any time.

Q. How do I pay my tuition if I'm not in the US?

A. I accept PayPal. PayPal is extremely convenient and will do all currency conversion for you as all payments must be submitted in US funds. In countries where Paypal is not yet available, contact me to make arrangements for payment via Western Union.
